According to the arrangement of the general office of the State Council on the 2018 Spring Festival holiday and in combination with the actual situation of our company, in order to let all employees of the company spend a happy and peaceful Spring Festival together, we hereby notify the 2018 Spring Festival holiday as follows:
1、 Holiday time: from February 10, 2018 (the 25th day of the twelfth lunar month) to February 25, 2018 (the tenth day of the first month), a total of 15 days. Work normally on February 26, 2018 (January 11).
2、 All departments must carefully carry out safety inspection. Conduct a major safety inspection on the office area with fire prevention and anti-theft as the main contents to ensure the safety of key areas such as warehouses, office electrical equipment and other places. All departments shall carefully sort out documents and materials, keep important documents and materials, and store valuables in a safe place to prevent theft. The financial department shall ensure the safety and stability of safe and other important facilities. Ensure that the doors and windows are closed and locked, and the person in charge of the Department shall put them in place.
3、 Employees returning home during the festival shall pay attention to personal and property safety during the trip. Please return to the company on time after the holiday, and shall not ask for leave without reason.
4、 All employees of the company sorted out the environmental sanitation in the office area in the afternoon of February 9. It is required to ensure that the ground is clean, the tables and chairs are neat and the items are placed in order.
